My journey to healing chronic pain and inflammation began with a very skeptical return to yoga. Holistic wellness within the work space is becoming increasingly necessary. I work with professionals to develop ways to mitigate stress, burnout, anxiety, and chronic pain through yoga and wellness workshops as well as through long-term curriculum and 1-1 wellness sessions.
